A shifting actuator for a dual clutch transmission is provided to the number of a gear by using a pair of a worm gear, a link, a slid structure to realize a selection function and a shift function. A select finger(11) of a select lever(13) is inserted into a select guide groove(5), and the select lever has a pivot axis vertical to a shaft of a manual shaft(3). A select motor(15) is mounted on a housing, and the select gear(17) transmits torque by being connected with the rotation shaft and a worm gear. The select lever rotates around the pivot axis, and the shift lever(21) has a shift finger(19) and a pivot axis.
