METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR ORGANISING MEETINGS BY ELECTRONIC MESSAGES

The invention relates to a method for organising meetings by electronic messages among several users (A, B, C) each having a terminal (2; 3; 4) equipped with an electronic messaging client. The method comprises the following steps: a) creation by an organising user (A) of an electronic polling message having a body (20) including an electronic polling form containing at least one meeting date; b) sending said electronic message to one or more addressees (B, C); c) archiving the electronic message on the terminal (2) of the organising user (A) and creating a polling table corresponding to the electronic polling form; d) upon reception of an answer from one of the addressees (B, C) to the electronic polling message, automatically updating the polling table of the archived electronic message based on the information contained in the received response.
