<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation support method capable of eliminating a factor of disturbing the concentration of a driver, for example, such as selection of necessary information from a plurality of contents displayed on a display and execution of a complicated operation, or an operation support system for executing the method. <P>SOLUTION: An information processor 3 estimates an operation to be performed by an occupant in a vehicle, the content of the estimated operation is output on the display 2 as support information.
