PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ozone water production apparatus which can produce ozone water with a highly flexible and simpler structure, and can inhibit heat decomposition to produce higher concentration ozone water. SOLUTION: O<SB>2</SB>gas and N<SB>2</SB>gas are introduced into an ozonizer 2, and ozone is generated in the ozonizer 2. The generated ozone is mixed with supplied water and then introduced into a circulating pump 4 to dissolve the ozone in the water. Piping from the ozonizer 2 is connected to water piping to the circulating pump 4 by a T-shaped union joint to mix the water and the generated ozone gas.
