<p>The device (1) has a measuring coil (3) and a hall sensor (4) for measuring low-frequency magnetic fields. The measuring coil and the sensor with extending planes are positioned transverse to a flux direction of the magnetic fields and connected with a signal processing device (9). The signal processing device generates an output signal corresponding to the magnetic fields depending on measuring signals provided by the measuring coil and the sensor. The measuring coil, the sensor and the signal processing device are monolithically integrated into a semiconductor chip (2). An independent claim is also included for a position, speed and/or acceleration sensor comprising a measuring device.</p> |
