PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device and a lighting system capable of lessening time and effort of a setting operation. SOLUTION: The lighting device comprises a lighting section 11 for lighting a light source 10, a watch section 12 outputting time, a positioning section 13 for positioning, and a control section 14 which acquires respective times of sunrise and sunset on the basis of the position acquired by the positioning section 13 and controls the lighting section 11 in response to the time output by the watch section 12. The time and effort for inputting data of an area where an installation location belongs is made unnecessary by preparing the positioning section 13, and the time and effort for a setting operation can be lessened.
