<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult to manufacture and adjust a compact bar-code reader which is composed of small components significantly affected by production error and assembly error, and has an emission diaphragm and a field diaphragm arranged separately on an optical path for emitted laser beam and returned laser beam. <P>SOLUTION: In the bar-code reader, a diaphragm portion in which an aperture for the emission diaphragm and an aperture for the field diaphragm are integrally formed across a path for emitted laser beam and a path for returned beam from a bar-code on the optical path between a laser source and a scanning unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
