PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out solder plating on a lead wire without unevenness and with uniformity without using a rust removing agent. SOLUTION: This cold cathode fluorescent lamp is equipped with a glass bulb 1 in which an electrode 3 and a bead glass 5 are arranged and an introducing wire 4 is extracted outside through this bead glass 5, and a solder plating part in which solder plating is carried out to one part of the introducing wire 4 extracted from this glass bulb 1, a joined part 7, and a part of a metal wire of the lead wire 9 or the like by immersing them into a supersonic wave soldering vessel 21 in which solder that is a material of solder plating is melted while giving supersonic oscillations.
