PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-electric type tulip and to impart unpredictability to opening/closing operations. SOLUTION: A pinwheel 126 freely turnably pivoted to a game board 102 and a movable piece opening/closing device 120 for changing an entry rate to a winning port 116 are included. The movable piece opening/closing device includes a shaft member 162 connected to a movable piece 160 at one end and pivoted to the game board, an abutting member 164 for performing the opening/closing operations of the movable piece by the turning of the shaft member, an elevating/lowering movement member 166 to abut on the abutting member when elevating movement is performed, an elevating/lowering guide part 168 for guiding the elevating/lowering operations of the elevating/lowering movement member, and a rope-like member 170 whose one end is fixed so as to be wound to the back surface side end part 126a1 of a pinwheel support shaft 126a and other end is fixed more on the upper side than an upper limit regulation point 174a for regulating the upper limit of the elevating movement of the elevating/lowering guide part. A part between both ends of the rope-like member is engaged with the elevating/lowering guide part, and the elevating/lowering movement member is elevated and lowered in linkage with the wound state to the back surface side end part of the support shaft of the pinwheel of the rope-like member.
