An output driver of a semiconductor memory device is provided to improve a slew rate and a duty cycle of a first output data by controlling a rising time or a falling time of an output signal of a pre-driver. A pull up output driver(MP2) is activated by a pull up control signal, and drives an output terminal. A pull down output driver(MN2) is activated by a pull down control signal, and drives an output terminal. A first acceleration driver(20) is connected to a control node of the pull up output driver, and accelerates a pull up control signal of the pull up output driver. A second acceleration driver(30) is connected to a control node of the pull down output driver, and accelerates a pull down control signal of the pull down output driver. The first acceleration driver and the second acceleration driver are driven in outputting a first data.
