WIDE-BAND DIRECT CONVERSION TRANSMISSION APPARATUS

A wide band direct conversion transmitting apparatus is provided to remove in-band harmonic components when selecting a low frequency band and to remove out-of-band harmonic components when selecting a high frequency band. A local oscillation unit(100) generates first to third pairs of oscillation signals having the different phase. The oscillation signal of each pair includes a first oscillation signal and a second oscillation signal with the phase difference of 90 degrees. An image rejection mixer(200) mixes a transmission signal and the first pair of oscillation signals. The transmission signal has an I signal and a Q signal with the phase difference of 90 degrees. A harmonic rejection mixer(300) mixes the oscillation signal of each pair and the transmission signal. An output signal selection unit(500) selects the output signal of the image rejection mixer and the harmonic rejection mixer.
