A cosmetic puff is provided, which enables a user to perform makeup by adding a grip function and enables to use more than 4-6 sides. A cosmetic puff comprises: a puff(30) consisting of two layers; a handle(60) connected to the puff; and an attaching unit(20) attaching the puff of two layers in the both ends of the handle. The attaching unit has the function of the rotation axis. The puff can be turned upside down on the axis of the attaching unit. The handle can be connected to the front or the backside surfaces. The handle and the attaching unit can use the general fibers and the plastic material. |
