An inverter booster pump apparatus having a discharging low pressure detection function is provided to protect the whole pump device by accurately detecting the air injection of the pump or damage to the discharge unit according to the low pressure state of the pump. An inverter booster pump apparatus having a discharging low pressure detection function comprises a slave controller(2-9) controlling the pump RPM of a slave inverter according to a first TLP(Trip of Low Pressure) signal outputted from a first low pressure detection unit, and a second low pressure detection unit(2-10) outputting a first TLP signal and a second TLP signal according to the pump RPM of the slave inverter outputted from the slave controller, the current discharge pressure, and the output power of the slave inverter.
