A kimchi packing apparatus is provided to improve the package productivity by automatically cutting the Kimchi and wrapping it up, and to prevent the quality reduction of Kimchi by minimizing the time the Kimchi contacts with the air. A kimchi packing apparatus comprises a Kimchi transport unit(110) which is supported by a plurality of supporting frames and transfers a plurality of cutting boards in which a plurality of Kimchi is placed, a first cutting part(120) cutting the transferred Kimchi into the same length in the same direction as the transfer direction, a second cutting part(130) cutting the Kimchi into the same length in the normal direction to the transfer direction, a distribution part(140) which divides the Kimchi bundles and delivers them in different directions, a container supply part for consecutively supplying a plurality of containers, a Kimchi capping part which covers up the transferred Kimchi bundles with the supplied containers, a container moving part moving the containers and the cutting boards to a container transfer conveyor, and a cutting board collecting part collecting the containers and the cutting boards from the container transfer conveyor.
