A manufacturing device for medical cutting tool and a method for manufacturing the same are provided, which can form a cutting edge at the leading end of the work unit. A manufacturing device for medical cutting tool comprises: a major-axis portion(110) which includes a chuck to detach the medical cutting tool freely; a major-axis maintenance unit(120) which makes the tilt angle of the major-axis portion changeable; and an XY table(130) which can move the major axis maintenance unit in X and Y directions.
