PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy of estimated position information of a capsule endoscope. SOLUTION: The clothes are equipped with a plurality of devices capable of wirelessly communicating with an external apparatus and have a control section capable of communicating with each of the devices; wherein the device has an identification information retention means, an external signal receiving means for receiving a transmission signal, a signal generation means for detecting a received timing and generating a timing signal based on the timing, and a transmission means for associating the timing signal with the identification information and transmitting them to the control par; and the control part has a position information retention means for retaining the position information of the respective devices associated with the identification information, a receiving means for receiving the timing signal, a position information acquisition means for acquiring the position information of a transmitter device based on the identification information associated with the received timing signal, and a position calculation means for calculating the position information of the external apparatus based on each of the received timing signals and the position information corresponding to each timing signal.
