A wall using a panel and the construction method thereof are provided to have various aesthetic effects and to promote the stiffness of a wall, to form the environment-friendly exterior of a wall by growing plants on the front of a wall, and to minimize environmental damage by reducing the amount of cutting if a rear space of a wall is narrow. A wall(1) is formed by piling up vertically pillar bonding panels(10) comprising a front plate, a reinforcing bar provided to be projected to the rear of the front plate at a certain distance, a holder formed on the outside at a certain distance from two sides of the reinforcing bar at two sides of the front plate and a concave part forming a concave space toward the front from the rear of the front plate, and placing concrete to the rear of the front plate and the concave part of the pillar bonding panel to make the reinforcing bar buried, thereby forming a pillar unified with the pillar bonding panel.
