<p>An apparatus (14) for use in conducting electrical energy includes a cable (22) having a plurality (34) of conductors which are at least partially enclosed by insulation (36). A portion of each conductor is exposed through the insulation at a location offset from an end of the cable. A plurality (30) of compliant pin terminals are connected to the conductors (34) at locations where the conductors are exposed through the insulation (36).
