A transmission method of sounding reference signal is provided to perform multiplexing without collision between data and sounding reference signal by a sounding pointer and a transmission indicator. The operation information of sounding reference signal including sounding pointer is indicated wither to generate the transmission of sounding reference signal in a sub frame(S100). The sounding reference signal is generated according to the operating information of the sounding reference signal. If the sounding pointer indicates the transmission generation of the sounding reference signal, the sounding reference signal is transmitted by using one or more SC-FDMA in a sub frame(S120).
