An anchor for installing a safety net is provided to have a new structure to be coupled to an anchor nut to be detachable, to reduce resources and the manufacturing cost by recycling possibly, to couple a safety net more tightly, and to control tension for pulling a safety net. An anchor for installing a safety net comprises an anchor nut(40) provided with a screw thread on the inner circumference and formed on a window wall(10) around an opening(11) of a window wall, a safety net(20) coupled to the anchor nut to be attachable and detachable, and an anchor bolt(50) connected to the circumference of the safety net to cover the opening, wherein the anchor bolt comprises a bolt body provided with an insertion groove in the longitudinal direction, a connecting pin provided with a loop to be coupled to the safety net, and an elastic member inserted to the insertion hole.
