A dementia preventing and treating hat is provided to generate minute currents and voltage through electromagnetic field and to inject a dementia treating medicine into a brain cell directly. A dementia preventing and treating hat is made by injecting a dementia treating medicine(inorganic material, organic material) not into the entire portion of an existing hat, but into a part of the hat that comes into contact with patient's hair. The hat into which the dementia treating medicine is injected is processed by heating at a temperature of more than 2,000-3,000 deg.C to let the hat maintain the dementia treating medicine component even if the hat is washed. Charcoals are injected into the art of the hat that comes into contact with patient's hair and then the hat is heated at a temperature of less than 1,000-2,000. |
