A method for producing fertilizer is provided to contribute to environmental protection by recycling Micropterus salmoides as a resource effectively, and to produce alternative fertilizer without any side effect such as acidified soil. A method for producing fertilizer includes the steps of: mixing Micropterus salmoides with fermentation microorganisms to prepare a mixed solution; and performing fermentation. The mixed solution further contains 1-10%(w/v) of molasses. The fermentation is performed at 40 °C for 1-2 days immediately after initiation of fermentation, followed by at room temperature. If pH drops to about 3 during the fermentation, an alkali is added to adjust the solution to pH 5.0-6.0. |
