A vermin sterilizing unit and a device for killing vermin including the same are provided to maintain a sanitary and clean environment by sterilizing the killed vermin and to be hardly broken by shock. A vermin sterilizing unit includes a radiating portion(132) and a power portion(138). The radiating portion includes one or more LEDs (Light Emitting Diodes) that irradiate ultraviolet rays to a receiving portion in which sterilized vermin is received to sterilize the vermin. The power portion supplies power to the LEDs. The light that is irradiated from the LEDs is within a range of a wavelength of 200-300nm. A control unit(140) is further included to control the radiating pattern of the LEDs. The radiating pattern is at least one of a radiating time, a radiating point, a radiating frequency and a radiating strength.
