摘要 A nanodispersion of hydrated and carbonated nanoparticles with antioxidant property is a three-phase system and consists of nanoparticles, water and carboxylic acid. The nuclei of micelles are formed by electrically charged nanoparticles. The shells of micelles are formed by molecules of water and molecules of carboxylic acid. The molecules of water and molecule of carboxylic acid form in the micelles the mixed structured nanohydrated and nanocarboxylate shells. In this case the molecules of water and molecule of carboxylic acid in the shells of micelles are oriented by hydrogen atoms to the surface of charged nanoparticles-nuclei and form the negatively charged outer layer in the structured nanohydrated and nanocarboxylate shells.
