A driver of an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device is provided to simplify configuration thereof by mounting a reference gamma voltage generator and a gamma voltage buffer in a data drive IC. A driver of an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device includes plural gate drive ICs(Integrated Circuit)(162) and plural data drive ICs(152). The gate drive ICs supply scan signals to gate lines of an LCD panel. The data drive ICs having a gamma voltage IC(130) for generating a reference gamma voltage thereon convert digital image data, which is inputted from outside, into analog image data using the reference gamma voltage outputted from the gamma voltage IC.
