The invention relates to energy saving technologies in modern building with systems of micro-climate conditioning in premises. Energy-active building has solid square basement. It is separated to outer bearing and inner heat insulated part with heat carrier. To heat carrier electric heat generator is included, this is connected through control block to electric networks of wind-power unit, transformer of solar energy and to local electric network. To heat carrier are as well intriduced evaporation surfaces of heat pipes, those through drive of inlet-outlet can be taken out from it, if needed. Condensation surfaces of heat pipes are placed in premises of the house with indicators of heat comfort of automated heating system. To decrease specific area of outer surfaces per unit volume, side of square of the house Af can be equal to total height of the basement hf, dwelling stores hn and roof of the building hd. The invention promotes decrease of electric power consumption for air heating in premises. |
