PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power source control device for a wireless device, allowing extension of a power source service life of the wireless device, while maintaining performance of control on a control target process. SOLUTION: This power source control device for the wireless device has a control target process state estimating part 143, connected to a sensor function-equipped wireless terminal 13A measuring a state of the control target process 11 and a controller function-equipped wireless terminal 12C for controlling the equipment of the control target process 11; calculating sleep times of power sources of the sensor function-equipped wireless terminal 13A and the controller function-equipped wireless terminal 12C as communication period instruction values, based on measurement data measured by the sensor function-equipped wireless terminal 13A and a predictive control amount, corresponding to a future response of the control target process 11 predicted from the measurement data; and transmitting the communication period instruction values to the sensor function-equipped wireless terminal 13A and the controller function-equipped wireless terminal 12C.
