An electrode (21) is provided with a metal terminal (41) extending from a battery module main body; a bolt (31) which has an expanded section (35) configuring a retaining section at a rear end portion and penetrates the metal terminal (41) upward; and an insulating body (43) which insulates the metal terminal (41) and the battery module case one from the other. The insulator (43) is provided with a drop preventing section (45) which abuts to at least the lower surface of the expanded section (35) of the bolt (31) and prevents the bolt (31) from dropping from the metal terminal (41).
