A pipe for carrying fluid and a method for fabricating the same are provided to improve chemical resistance and corrosion resistance by using an inner casing made from polymer composite and a spiral outer casing made from metal or vinyl. A pipe for carrying fluid comprises an outer casing(1) and an inner casing(2). The outer casing, which is a spiral pipe type, is made of metal such as stainless steel or synthetic resin such as polyvinyl chloride resin. The inner casing is formed inside the outer casing and made of polymer composite. The inner casing is made by mixing aggregate, filling material, inorganic fibers, and additives by using thermosetting resins such as sulfur polymer or asphalt, unsaturated polyester resin, epoxy resin, vinylester resin, or poly methacrylic acid methyl as binder.
