An LED device and a driving method thereof are provided to improve image sticking by supplying an initial signal for initializing hysteresis to a display unit before supplying real data signals. An LED(Light Emitting Display) device includes signal lines, a display unit(P), and scan and data drivers(SD,DD). The signal lines include first and second power lines, and scan and data lines. The display unit includes sub-pixels, which include two or more transistors, a capacitor, and an LED connected to the signal lines electrically. The scan driver supplies scan signals to the scan lines, which are electrically connected to the sub-pixels. The data driver supplies initialization and data signals to the data line electrically connected to the sub-pixels.
