PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the consistency of entering/delivery management of prizes. SOLUTION: A computing part 17a calculates the total number of exchanged balls by multiplying the number of balls for exchanging for a prize, or a calculation object of an entering/delivery management item (for example, an amount of delivery of the day and an exchange gross margin of the day), by the number of delivery, divides the calculated total number of exchanged balls by the criterion number of balls, outputs the obtained quotient to an errorless amount calculation part 17b, and outputs the obtained remainder to an error amount calculation part 17c. The errorless amount calculation part 17b multiplies the criterion amount to the quotient output from the computing part 17a and calculates the errorless amount being equivalent to the number of balls excluding the remainder from the total number of exchanged balls, and non-including rounding errors. The error amount calculation part 17c multiplies a before-tax unit price by the remainder output from the computing part 17a and calculates an error amount equivalent to the number of remainder balls and including the rounding errors.
