COMBINATION STRUCTURE OF NOZZLE AND MOLD GATE RUBBER INJECTION MOLDING

PURPOSE: The combination structure of a nozzle and a mold gate of a rubber injection molding apparatus is provided to safely inject rubber into a vulcanization space by minimizing the contact pressure of the nozzle to the external surface of a mold. CONSTITUTION: A mold gate(20) and a nozzle(10) are prepared. The mold gate is opened from a vulcanization space(21) to the outside. A maintaining space is maintains the constant diameter from the upper end of the mold gate. A protrusion part(14) protruded from the center of the end of the nozzle with a pre-set length. A nozzle hole is penetrated toward the lower side. The protrusion which is inserted into the maintaining space is adhered to the upper end of the mold gate. The end of the nozzle hole is placed on the gate.
