PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing levulinic acid or mixture of levulinic acid, glutamic acid, and glycine is provided to improve skin line and anti-wrinkle. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for preventing wrinkle or improving skin condition contains lebulinic acid as an active ingredient and additionally contains mixture of glutamic acid and glycine. The composition contains 0.01-30 weight% of levulinic acid, glutamic acid, and glycine as an active ingredient. The composition is applied together with 600-900nm wave length of light radiation. The composition is used in the form of essence, lotion, cream, gel, or ointement.
