PURPOSE: An emergency closing device of a liquid material outlet of a ship is provided to minimize damage to sea and economical loss due to the oil leakage. CONSTITUTION: A rail(10) is installed the right and left side of a ship. A moving unit(20) is installed on the rail. A rotating member(30) is pivotally installed on top of the moving unit. A first arm is installed on the rotating member. A reciprocating unit(50) shuttles on the first arm. A rotational plate(60) is pivotally installed on the reciprocating unit.
