PURPOSE: A mobile communication service providing emulator, an apparatus thereof, and a method thereof are provided to directly offer mobile communication service for a user terminal to an electronic device, thereby conveniently using the mobile communication service through the electronic device. CONSTITUTION: A mobile communication service providing emulator(10) is automatically set up to an electronic device. A user identification module(14) performs reception and identification of user identification information. A user interface module(16) receives various command through a mouse or keyboard. The user interface module displays action processing procedure and result of the mobile communication service providing emulator through a display unit of the electronic device. A service providing module(18) provides mobile communication service through the electronic device.
