PURPOSE: A ring binder for memo paper is provided to easily fix the memo paper and individually withdraw the paper without special glue and clip by fixing the memo paper with a cover using an expanding ring. CONSTITUTION: A ring binder for memo paper comprises: many pieces of memo paper(100) which are laminated; a holder member which includes a cover and a supporting part of the top and bottom side and in which a middle portion supports the one-side end of the laminated memo paper; and an expanding ring(300) which is fixed covering the one-side of the holder member and prevents the memo paper from breaking away using self-elasticity. The expanding ring is made of elastic materials and has various colors.
