PURPOSE: A communication apparatus, a communication system, a communication method and program are provided to transmit the data frame authentically. CONSTITUTION: An intermittent operation notifying unit(304) notifies intermittent operation performance to a communication target object, and does not receive the response to the notification. An intermittent operation release requesting unit(308) transmits a data frame to the device of the other communication party. When there is not response related to the data frame from the other communication party, the intermittent operation release requesting unit outputs a release request for releasing the intermittence operation of the other communication party. |
