FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves grinding fatty tissue (raw fat), mixing it with an aqueous phase, thermal treatment and separation of fat. The aqueous phase used is electroactivated liquid (catholyte) obtained from electrolysis of a 10% aqueous solution of NaCl at direct current of 0.5-0.6 A and voltage of 36-50 V, with pH 9-11 with redox potential (-400)-(-700) mV and NaCl mass ratio of 3-5%.
