FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves grinding fatty tissue (raw fat), mixing it with an aqueous phase, thermal treatment and separation of fat. The aqueous phase used is electroactivated liquid (catholyte) obtained from electrolysis of a 10% aqueous solution of NaCl at direct current of 0.5-0.6 A and voltage of 36-50 V, with pH 9-11 with redox potential (-400)-(-700) mV and NaCl mass ratio of 3-5%. Thermal treatment - rendering is carried out at temperature 80-95C and excess pressure of 20 mmHg for 60-120 minutes. ^ EFFECT: invention increases fat output, improves its quality, reduces acid and peroxide number of the fat. ^ 2 tbl, 5 ex |
