FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: here is disclosed facility for drying of liquid containing mainly dry substances of carbohydrates and for production of non-cohesive powder. The facility consists of dispersing drying chamber (5), in the upper part of which there is positioned dispersing element (4) designed to disperse liquid in drops; also liquid mainly contains dry substances of carbohydrates; further the facility consists of device (6) for supply of drying gas to dispersed drops and for their partial drying to moistened particles, and of device (9) for post-crystallising of moistened particles produced from the drying chamber into non-cohesive powder. Additionally the facility includes filter element (7) installed inside the drying chamber and device (16) for removal of worked-out drying gas via the filter element. The facility is designed for treatment of liquid with high contents of hydrocarbons, such as lacto-serum and permeate.
