FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: aqueous structured composition of a surface-active substance with low pH value contains one or more anionic surface-active substances based on esters of phosphoric acid and up to approximately 10 pts. wt of one or more electrolytes; said composition has pH less than approximately 5 and viscosity which falls under the effect of shearing stress (according to the first version). A composition for a personal hygiene agent contains the structured composition of surface-active substance described above. In the second version the composition may contain water and one or more water-insoluble or partially soluble components, suspended in the said structured phase of surface-active substance.
