PURPOSE: A data receiver is provided to extract a strobe signal from a transmission signal, recover a clock signal and sample the data. CONSTITUTION: A strobe signal is inserted between data signals. A strobe signal extractor(520) receives a transmission signal to insert a clock signal with the same size as the data signal, and extracts the strobe signal by corresponding to the comparison result after comparing a first offset level and a second offset level. A clock signal recovery unit(530) recovers the clock signal from the transmission signal using the extracted strobe signal. A sampler(540) samples the data signal included in the transmission signal by corresponding to the recovered clock signal.
