PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing plant anti-oxidant is provided to minimize discoloration and odor deterioration and to maximize active ingredient effect. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition with stabilized vitamin C contains Forsythia suspense Vahl extract, Angelica gigas Nakai extract, or vitamin C mixture thereof. The Forsythia suspense Vahl and Angelica gigas Nakai extract is contained in 0.01-10.0 weight% based on total weight. The mass ratio of Forsythia suspense Vahl extract and Angelica gigas Nakai extract is 1:1. The cosmetic composition is used in the form of skin, lotion, essence, cream, pack, gel, ointment, patch, or spray.
