The bushing (1) has a single-piece body surrounding a coat of an electrical cable (2). The body has a section (7) resting at an outer side of a wall section of an opening in the cable in an installed condition, and another section (8). A locking section (9) is formed at one of the sections (8) on a side that is opposite to the other section. The locking section has a non-round cross-section area adapted to the opening. The area is formed such that the locking section passes through the opening, in one position, and is non-withdrawable in a turned position.
