<p>The method involves applying intense pressure in a curve on a material sheet (O). A two-dimensional shape of the material sheet is obtained by counter-pressure rollers (D, F, G). Large tensile forces act in a casing of the rollers by springs such that a definite three-dimensional shape of the material sheet is obtained. The material sheet is pressed by stamping. The material sheet is brought into a horizontal shape by breaker rollers (H) after leaving a structured roller gap, which is formed by a stamping roller (E) and the counter-pressure rollers. An independent claim is also included for a device for structuring a material sheet.</p> |
