发明名称 RESONANCE STRUCTURE FOR EPR SPECTROMETER
摘要 The invention relates to resonator devices and may be used in radio engineering, super-high frequency (SHF) technique, in particular in electron paramagnetic resonance-spectroscopy. A resonant structure for a electron paramagnetic resonance spectrometer .comprises a metal cavity resonator incorporating a dielectric resonator with holes for an engineering sample inside. The dielectric resonator is made of polycrystalline dielectric based on titanate of rare-earth and alcaline metals having perovskite structure or potassium-tungsten bronzes. The technical result is increasing degree of sensitiveness of a paramagnetic resonance-spectrometer and extension of the temperature range of resonant structure application.
