PURPOSE: An air purifying device is provided to prevent a drift phenomenon of contaminated air and pressure loss of a main body, and to reduce an installation space of the air purifying device by installing a starting filter part and a multi-layered carrier layer on the main body. CONSTITUTION: An air purifying device includes the following: a cylindrical main body(100) having a reservoir(110) in which medium liquid is stored and contaminated air flows; a starting filter part(200) removing contaminants of a solid particle type included in the contaminated air and is installed in the main body; a porous carrier layer removing VOCs and foul smelling materials; and a spray part(400) washing the carrier layer while supplying nutrients to the carrier layer.
