PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display is provided to optimize arrangement of a common line, thereby reducing distortion of a common voltage. CONSTITUTION: A pixel common line pattern(23) has a plurality of mesh structures which are electrically connected each other. The pixel common line pattern is connected to a common electrode of sub pixels. A plurality of vertical common lines(22) is formed in a parallel direction with data lines every horizontally adjacent pixels. A plurality of vertical common lines is electrically connected to an edge common line. A plurality of vertical common lines applies a common voltage to the pixel common line pattern.
