PURPOSE: A method for selecting optimum operation of a fuel cell - super cap hybrid vehicle having a plurality of drive motors is provided to find an optimum efficiency of operating the drive motor by calculating a torque combination of each drive motor and an operation efficiency of the drive motor. CONSTITUTION: A method for selecting optimum operation of a fuel cell - super cap hybrid vehicle having a plurality of drive motors comprises: a 1st step commanding a motor torque of a designated value; a 2nd step of creating a torque combination about three motors; a 3rd step calculating motor efficiency about three motors on the basis of each torque(T1,T2,T3) and calculating total efficiency by combining the calculated motor efficiency; and a step constructing motor torque combination and a motor efficiency map by repeating the 1st step, the 2nd step, and the 3rd step.
