<p>PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for sensing that a vehicle gets out of a lane using a peripheral image of the vehicle are provided to more accurately sense whether the vehicle gets out of the lane or nor by removing a blind spot of the vehicle and making correction of an overlapped region. CONSTITUTION: A method for sensing that a vehicle gets out of a lane using a peripheral image of the vehicle is comprise the following steps: a step(S610) receiving an image through each channel which is connected to a camera; a step creating a plurality of corrected images by correcting the image into a top view form; a step(S620) creating a peripheral image of the vehicle by synthesizing the multiple corrected images; a step(S640) deciding the breakaway of the lane by calculating distance information and angle information; and a step(S650) generating an emergency signal when situation is decided as the breakaway of the lane.</p> |
