FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for attachment of two or three crossing reinforcement bars in one assembly without using welding, as well as attachment of separate bars as to the length with spillover of ends. Device for attachment of reinforcement bars includes the first member 1 with hole for installation of the first reinforcement bar 2, the second member 3 with hole for installation of the second reinforcement bar 4. The first member 1 is installed with possibility of being turned relative to the second member 3. External surface of the first and the second members 1 and 3 when assembled is made in the form of a ball enclosed in the third member 5 with internal surface in the form of a ball. On opposite sides of the third member 5 there made are holes 6 so that the first and the second reinforcement bars 2 and 4 can be installed in the holes of the first and the second members 1 and 3 respectively. The third member 5 is equipped at least with one hole for installation of at least one third reinforcement bar 7. The third member 5 is made composite by means of welding or adhesive compound 8.
